The First Post

Dear CCU Nurses,

I have created this blog for the nurses of the Coronary Care Unit (CCU), Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS). We are already conducting continuing nursing education (CNE) activities at the CCU every day. I would request you to upload the material that you prepare for the CNE sessions on this blog in the form of an article/ blog post.

The benefits of publishing the material on this blog would be:

1. We will have a permanent record of our CNE activities. We can refer to previously learned material at any time.
2. It would serve as evidence of all of our CNE endeavours.
3. This blog would be publicly available and each post would be shared with your name and Google ID, hence, it would show your online presence in teaching and learning activities, strengthening your CV/ profile.
4. Other nursing professionals can also learn from this blog and we can also get feedback from others in the form of comments.
